Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator in Fremont, IN, to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role requires setting up and operating thread rolling and heading machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet blueprint specifications.

The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a potential half-day on Fridays during busy periods. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints.
• Strong basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling and or heading machines.
• Select proper dies according to job instructions.
• Perform die changes and tooling adjustments.
• Work with engineering and maintenance to resolve machine or tooling issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain efficient production.
• Monitor product quality to ensure blueprint specifications are met.
• Use measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.

We are looking for mechanically inclined Machine Operators who are dedicated to producing high quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
