Shift options include 2nd, 3rd, and weekend variations with hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00. Prior manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in clean room or quality-driven environment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with computers and production tracking systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment in a clean room environment.
• Load materials and components into production equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the process.
• Record production data and complete documentation accurately.
• Monitor machine performance and identify issues before they impact production.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment concerns and elevate as needed.
