Job summary

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Clean Room Operator Trainee to join the team. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the clean room, including handling final assemblies, cleanliness testing, and documentation to ensure product quality.

The 2nd shift runs Monday to Thursday, 3:15PM to 1:45AM with a $1.00 shift differential. The role requires following safety rules, operating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of final assemblies using alkaline cleaner.
• Performs cleanliness testing using solvent.
• Dries final assemblies using nitrogen and vacuum oven.
• Performs microscope and other forms of inspection.
• Packages final assemblies to preserve cleanliness.
• Records and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer system.
• Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.
• Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.
