Job summary

ADTRAN is seeking a Line Quality Auditor to perform system, product, and process audits ensuring 100% accuracy in ADTRAN products. The role focuses on IPC 610-compliant inspection of PTH, SMT, and mechanical assemblies and requires meticulous documentation of defects and follow-up actions.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and hands-on experience with inspection tooling, magnifiers, and microscopes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• No travel is expected for this position.
• IPC workmanship standards and inspection processes knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PTH, SMT, and Mechanical assemblies per IPC 610 standards.
• Perform OBA on finished products per IPC 610 standards.
• Communicate audit scope to the responsible Manager(s).
• Enter all defect areas into automated system.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and nonconformities.
• Conduct follow-up audits on corrective actions.
