Responsibilities

• Completes receiving inspection when required.
• Performs First article inspections and prints required paperwork.
• Performs all inspections and records results.
• Utilizes inspection gauges and fixtures.
• Assists production to verify procedures are followed.
• Performs floor inspections at machines when required.
• Completes inspections on Warranty/nonconforming goods per WI905.
• Calibrates gauges and tools as required.
• Performs PPAP inspections as required.
• Works with Quality Management on projects; assists Engineering with prototypes.
