Responsibilities

• Select proper materials and weld wire for specific applications.
• Prepare materials for welding by grinding and cleaning metal surfaces.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
• Measure, compute, and document dimensions and tolerances.
• Determine appropriate welding techniques and best practices.
• Inspect and verify quality of completed parts.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Think critically and solve problems independently.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
