Job summary

JAMM Fabrication and Design in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Laser Operator to join our on-site team. You will set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines to produce precise metal parts per specifications.

You will read drawings, select materials, adjust settings, and perform routine checks while upholding safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement in fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC or automated production equipment.
• Hands-on laser cutting setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of quality control, measurement tools, and specs.
• Understanding of workflow, scheduling, and process efficiency.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Prior metal fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; technical machining training a plus.
