Feralloy Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator to support fabrication processes, including laser cutting and machining. The role emphasizes reading blueprints, interpreting planning data, and helping maintain production quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

You will participate in equipment setups, inspect first pieces, and assist with maintaining a clean, safe work environment while meeting production standards.

Formación

• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences.
• 1 year of experience as a machine operator is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements and sequences.
• Maintains quality standards by conducting first-piece inspection and documenting data.
• Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems and reporting quality data.
• Ensures operation of equipment by following preventative maintenance policies and reporting needed changes.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
