Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, or precision cleaning.
• Experience with cleaning tools, solvents, and precision handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with delicate components.
• Ability to read technical instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
• Familiarity with cleanroom practices is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision cleaning of laser and optical components using approved solvents, tools, and cleaning methods.
• Inspect components for contamination, defects, or damage and report nonconforming parts.
• Follow detailed work instructions, cleaning procedures, and SOPs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including routine maintenance and calibration checks.
• Collaborate with assembly, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure components meet cleanliness and quality specifications.
• Accurately document cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and properly use PPE.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance cleaning efficiency, quality, and process consistency.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
