Responsibilities

This position is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining sensitive laser and optical parts in a controlled manufacturing environment. Essential Job Duties

• Perform precision cleaning of laser and optical components using approved solvents, tools, and cleaning methods.

Job Requirements

Experience and Expertise Required:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $20-$30/hour. This range reflects the compensation Fibertek reasonably expects to offer for this role. Placement within the range will depend on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education and training, key skills, and relevant market and business considerations.
