Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and ability to read work orders.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred in laminating or related fields.
• Ability to read specifications and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality records.
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 or FDA-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive production orders, travelers, work instructions from the Production Manager.
• Verify all required raw materials, components, tooling, and documentation.
• Laminate multiple layers of materials according to specifications.
• Measure, align, and assemble materials to dimensions.
• Apply primers, catalysts, adhesives per instructions and safety rules.
• Record production data and inspect completed products for defects.
