Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC/identification software.

Responsibilities

• Detects all needed identification, including labels, tags, terminal block markers, shipping labels based on BOMs, schematics, prints and sales orders.
• Produces identification using proprietary and commercial software.
• Operates and maintains proprietary and commercial software.
• Operates and maintains proprietary printers, plotters and engravers.
• Prints updated information from Engineering changes and provides supervision with the updated documentation.
• Prints necessary as-build documentation.
• Files completed production orders.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness (5S) of the Labeling station.
• Manages inventory and reorders labeling supplies.
• Assists in receiving materials in the receiving area if needed.
• Locates orders on the production floor and updates documents/labeling as needed.
• Communicates with Packing Specialists when documentation is complete.
