Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Du Quoin, IL is seeking a detail-oriented production technician to follow labels on the line, monitor equipment, and assist with setup changes without supervision.

You will perform quality checks, report issues, and assist with minor troubleshooting while maintaining label inventory and ensuring accurate label placement and documentation. Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent team player.
• Two years of production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Production Sheets to ensure correct labels are used.
• Help set up line for changeover without supervision.
• Perform quality control for your area on the line (including label placement, proper adhesion, descriptions and codes) following reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and reporting problems to supervisor.
• Complete minor troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment failure - for your section of the line.
• Label inventory and storage.
• Notify the inventory/purchasing associate if the last of a label is used from inventory.
