Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Previous laboratory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for testing.
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests following protocols.
• Record, analyze, and securely store test data.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot instruments as needed.
• Assist in developing and validating new testing procedures.
