Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a chemical plant environment preferred.
• Prior laboratory experience preferred; strong safety and best practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production samples and perform tests.
• Analyze samples for physical and chemical characteristics.
• Record, interpret and report test results to management.
• Operate laboratory testing equipment and maintain calibration.
• Work safely with hazardous chemicals and follow safety protocols.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment; communicate discrepancies.
