Coilplus, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse/Slitting Operator to set up and operate slitting machines according to work orders for accurate widths.

You will perform knife adjustments, monitor cut quality, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and US work authorization are required, with 1–3 years of related metals industry experience preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Prior metals experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Set-up slitting machines to cut product to workorder specifications.
• Calculate knife sheets and lays-out spacers and rubbers.
• Check knives for knicks and sharpness; replace blades as needed and verify cut quality.
• Builds, removes, replaces, and deconstructs cutter stands per workorder specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains a clean work area.
