Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sub-recipes, and finished products according to recipes and schedules.
• Set up and maintain organized workstations for efficient daily production.
• Ensure equipment, tools, and ingredients are ready for use.
• Maintain understanding of recipes and finished product standards.
• Complete daily production accurately within required timelines.
• Track inventory and record produced, used, and depleted products.
• Support Chef with inventory and ordering to ensure availability.
• Label, date, rotate, store, and organize all food products.
• Keep kitchen and workstation clean, sanitary, and organized during shifts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Communicate production needs or issues to kitchen leadership.
• Support additional kitchen and commissary needs as required.
