CHANEL is seeking a Jewelry Repair Artisan to restore, refine, and preserve fine jewelry to exacting standards. You will collaborate with Aftersales, Quality, and Boutique teams to ensure repairs meet aesthetic and craftsmanship requirements while upholding confidentiality and workshop standards.

Role demands precision, technical expertise, and the ability to handle high-value pieces. Five days on-site and participation in ongoing technical training are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as jeweler polisher or luxury jewelry environment experience.
• Expert knowledge of precious metals and polishing techniques.
• Strong manual dexterity with the ability to stand and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Discretion and professionalism handling high-value client property.
• In-person work five days a week and willingness to participate in technical training.

Responsabilités

• Perform jewelry alterations and repairs including high-precision polishing, rhodium plating of white gold, chain sizing, clasp replacement, adding/removing posts, ring sizing, and mechanical engraving.
• Polish and finish 18k gold and platinum pieces; perform rhodium plating post-polishing.
• Identify and report potential risks, defects, quality, or authenticity issues to Aftersales supervision and management.
• Maintain workstations, tools, and polishing equipment to luxury workshop standards; support inventory control of repair materials and spare parts.
• Collaborate with Aftersales repair teams, quality control, and management to meet turnaround timelines and log repairs accurately.
