Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Watch Repair Artisan for our After Sales Team in Piscataway, NJ. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair CHANEL watches to the Maison's quality standards, including mechanical and quartz movements, with attention to detail and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury watch repair, formal watchmaking training, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. This is a full-time, in-person position in New Jersey with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience repairing luxury timepieces.
• Formal training in watchmaking or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of mechanical, quartz movements and 18K gold polishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspection, testing and diagnosis of CHANEL watches.
• Disassemble, repair, clean, oil and reassemble mechanical movements.
• Maintain battery service, maintenance and total revision service for watches.
• Polish internal and external watch components as needed.
• Monitor repair lead times and communicate delays to management.
• Ensure testing and quality control including time accuracy and water resistance.
