Shop LC is seeking a Casting Specialist to join our Austin manufacturing team, focusing on precision and quality in jewelry casting. You will prepare molds, operate casting equipment, handle metals, and ensure high standards before polishing and setting.

The role reports to the Casting Specialist Supervisor and requires attention to detail, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor casting machines to produce jewelry components.
• Prepare wax models, invest molds, and handle metals during melting and pouring.
• Follow established production processes to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished castings for defects and ensure proper finishing.
