Occasionally you may operate laser engraving equipment to personalize items. The role requires high school diploma, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small components while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working with small, delicate components in a repetitive, hands-on role
• Comfortable working with pliers and other jewelry assembling tools for extended periods
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet daily production goals
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Basic computer literacy is a plus (for laser operation and shipping software, if assigned)
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds occasionally
• Strong visual acuity for working with small, detailed items
