Odyssey Logistics is seeking an Inventory Specialist II in Vandalia, IL. You will receive, store, issue, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced warehouse and ensure accurate records, cycle counts, and EPA reporting compliance.

The role requires handling equipment like forklifts, scanning tools, and proper labeling while adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Scissor Lift Certification within first 90 days.
• GMP and HACCP knowledge preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and document records.
• Operate material handling equipment and apply proper labeling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cGMP compliance in storage areas.
