Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a detail‑driven Inventory Control professional to ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate cycle counts, and manage data reporting in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will handle receipts, labeling, and system data to support accurate stock levels and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have Warehouse Management System experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent math, reading, communication (verbal and written) and problem solving/analytical skills.
• Ability to handles multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, solid judgment and decision making skills.
• Microsoft Office platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate cycle counts as scheduled.
• Receive deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Maintain labeling and units of measure accuracy.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports and metrics.
• Learn Canopy system and create required reports.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and other duties as assigned.
