Job summary

Ps Seasonings in Richfield, WI is seeking an Inventory Support Specialist to join our fast-paced operations. You will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory control with accuracy and integrity.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, comfort with inventory systems, 1–3 years in cycle-counting or warehousing, and strong math and analytical skills. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• General computer literacy, including comfort with inventory systems and data entry.
• 1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capability.
• Forklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired).
• Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled inventory audits
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by assessing variances from system records
• Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues
• Provide guidance and training to team members on proper inventory control practices and procedures
• Ensure compliance with GMP, personal hygiene standards, HACCP, and all applicable quality and safety regulations
• Complete ad hoc inventory-related tasks as assigned
