Qualifications

• Basic Math skills and critical thinking/reasoning aptitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and recognize a wide variety of raw materials parts, work in process parts, and finished goods parts for company products.
• Learn and comprehend inventory data generated from MAPICS software and reconcile deviations between cycle counts and computer balances.
• Operate a forklift and obtain a forklift license if required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines throughout the company.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Gather and analyze statistical data.
• Read and interpret blueprints; product specifications; and other SOPs.
• Use specialized measuring tools and equipment; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management.
• Work with limited supervision with initiative and good judgement.
• Meet physical requirements of the position.
• Maintain neat and legible handwriting.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
