Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an Instrument Technician to ensure inspection, assembly, calibration, and testing of Flowserve products in accordance with procedures and certifying agency requirements. The role supports engineers and other technicians in basic design and maintains certification records.

The position emphasizes calibration, traceability, quality compliance, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED required, 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in quality control or QA inspection is a plus.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing and PCBA inspection is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, adjust, and maintain all measuring devices and test equipment.
• Collect and maintain calibration records electronically and on paper.
• Run reports and track costs for gage calibration, repair, and replacement.
