Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. in Hercules, CA seeks an assembler to perform routine electronic and mechanical assembly on instruments and subassemblies. You will verify materials and follow GDP/GMP guidelines while documenting quality records and adhering to SOPs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in instrument/manufacturing assembly, operation of production machinery, and SAP experience is a plus. This is an on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience in instrument/manufacturing assembly.
• 1+ year experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery preferred.
• 1+ year SAP transaction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electronic and/or mechanical assembly on components and subassemblies using schematics and written instructions.
• Maintain and operate semi-automatic and/or automated assembly equipment/tools.
• Calibrate and operate assembly equipment; dispense or package products and assemble components/kits.
