Responsibilities

• Examine devices under a microscope for damages from handling, assembly, and test.
• Adhere to acceptance/rejection criteria per MIL-STD-750 methods 2071–2074 for inspection quality.
• Manually enter data on process travelers, SPC charts and logbooks; track lots and equipment.
• Work under general supervision and interact with all levels to improve output and standardize work instructions.
• Support daily production operations and anticipate product problems to meet objectives.
• Communicate timely information with team members and management on product flow and staffing needs.
• Maintain awareness of safety practices and OSHA standards; contribute to safe workspace.
• Create and update technical documents and process/work specifications.
