Job summary

High-Purity Silicon America Corporation is seeking an Inner Packaging Inspector to operate in a high-throughput finishing environment. The role focuses on meticulous inspection of polysilicon packaging, weighing and labeling tasks, and maintaining traceable records.

The position requires physical stamina to handle heavy baskets, adherence to clean room protocols, and the ability to coordinate with teammates in a compact 10x10 ft area. ISO 9001/14001 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; ISO 9001 and/or 14001 preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel) for data entry and records.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong measurement and mathematical calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect baskets and carts for defects during packaging.
• Size, sort, weigh to 11-lb pieces per specs.
• Maintain inspection paperwork and records.
• Operate label station and scales in clean room.
• Move 50-lb baskets between carts and work areas.
• Ensure lot data and traceability throughout inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
