Job summary

HIGH-PURITY SILICON AMERICA CORPORATION is seeking an Inner Packaging Inspector to operate in a Finishing environment, ensuring strict safety and quality standards. You will inspect, weigh, and seal components, maintain records, and support material flow through the process.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a clean room with PPE, and comfort with manual handling and data entry in Excel and related software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to learn and perform repair tasks on equipment is desirable.
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, rulers) and basic math is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clean room environment with required garments and PPE several times daily.
• Size, sort, visually inspect, and weigh pieces up to 11 lbs for defects per customer specs.
• Maintain product and operating supply inventories.
• Operate weight scales and bag sealers; keep inspection paperwork organized.
• Ensure traceability of lot data and documentation throughout inspection process.
• Maintain electronic records using MS Excel and Label Station; update lot numbers and quantities.
• Move and handle up to 50-lb and 230-lb carts; work around moving parts.
• Perform seed, rod inspection, and routine clean room maintenance.
• Evaluate material flow for efficiency and assist in logistics within process areas.
