Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Plastics and Rubber Production Technician in Port Washington, WI to operate injection molding equipment and produce high-precision components. You will monitor machine performance and uphold strict quality and safety standards throughout the production cycle.

Responsibilities include configuring machinery, following process sheets, managing materials, and performing inspections.

Qualifications

Requires ability to read and follow process sheets and measurements.
Demonstrates mechanical comfort with troubleshooting equipment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Commitment to reliable attendance and workplace safety.
Basic math skills used for production tasks such as counting and measuring.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage injection molding machinery to meet precise production specifications.
Follow process sheets to ensure consistent rubber and plastic part output.
Manage raw material inventory and prepare equipment inserts to optimize flow.
Extract finished components and perform trimming, sorting, and assembly as needed.
Perform quality inspections and adhere to manufacturing protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment performance and production challenges.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all safety guidelines.
