Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial forming machinery to ensure consistent production flow.
• Execute machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to maximize operational efficiency.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper feeding into the production line.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Document production data, including scrap rates and output logs, with high accuracy.
• Maintain equipment health through routine checks and adherence to 5S organizational standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
