Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role within manufacturing.
• Experience with RJG molding methods is preferred.
• Ability to analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Power up and safely shut down injection molding equipment and confirm systems are online.
• Diagnose molding process issues to boost yields and consistency.
• Set up and troubleshoot EOAT and tooling for new programs.
• Record process changes and refine documentation.
