The candidate should have 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, be adept at reading electrical schematics, and commit to safety and continuous improvement while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting injection molding equipment and auxiliary systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics, install/upgrade equipment, and support mold changes.
• Maintain maintenance records, parts inventory, and coordinate with teams.
• Commit to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
