Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tool and die making, with emphasis on injection molding.
• Skilled in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
• Experience operating manual and CNC equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain injection molds used in plastic part production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications to fabricate precision tooling.
• Operate manual and CNC equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve mold designs and manufacturability.
• Perform changeovers, preventative maintenance, and diagnostics on existing injection molds.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.
