Mold Masters in Eastlake, OH is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker for a full-time, on-site role. You will build and service dies, molds, fixtures, and tooling, reading blueprints and using CAD to translate concepts into production drawings.

The position emphasizes precision machining with EDM and CNC equipment, adherence to safety, and collaboration with engineers and production teams to meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Tool & Die apprenticeship program through a licensed organization is required.
• Tool & Die Maker certification is required.
• On-the-job training is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, molds, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and machine components.
• Create and fabricate new tooling and fixtures to support production.
• Disassemble, repair, troubleshoot, and reassemble molds, dies, tools, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Use CAD software to design and produce production-ready drawings.
• Operate EDM machines, CNC mills (3- & 5-axis), Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders.
• Inspect tooling for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
