Qualifications

• Knowledge of PPE requirements and safety compliance.
• Eligible to work in the United States and comply with ITAR restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, complex initiators on the production floor using standard procedures.
• Perform laser engraving, epoxy potting, weighing, loading, crimping and welding.
• Operate hand tools and measuring devices; maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow work instructions and drawings with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Work under microscopes with small components and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
