Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to support production and finishing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves surface preparation, coating application, and maintaining quality standards across a variety of materials and products.Day One Expectations:Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)Apply coatings using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes depending on applicationMix paints and coatings to proper specificationsUnderstand and follow coating thickness and curing requirementsMaintain and clean painting equipment and work areaWhat We’re Looking For:Familiarity with spray guns and related equipmentAbility to read basic work instructions and follow specsStrong attention to detail and qualityWillingness to assist in other areas of production as neededWork Environment:Manufacturing setting with exposure to fumes, noise, and varying temperaturesUse of PPE requiredIf you can walk onto a job site and get to work immediately, we want to talk to you.
