Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team. You will select paints, prepare materials, mix coatings to the correct viscosity, and apply primer and finish coats to various products while ensuring high-quality results.

The Production Team operates Monday through Thursday 1st shift, 5AM-3:30PM, with occasional Friday overtime to keep up with customer demand. Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical documents are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and prints.
• Minimum of 1 year of industrial or production painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow job instructions, specifications, or blueprints.
• Mask and protect areas not designated for painting.
• Mix and thin paints to the appropriate viscosity based on requirements.
• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings with consistent coverage and thickness.
• Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
• Maintain paint booths, spray equipment, and related tools in proper working order.
• Use a jib crane to move and position materials or products.
• Uphold company values by demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
