Job summary

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our industrial equipment and facilities running smoothly.

You will diagnose, repair, and improve mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed. The successful candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting diverse internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and machine repair.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment and facilities.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance using PM databases and checklists.
• Complete facility maintenance and minor upgrades.
