Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an In-Process Inspector for our Chandler, AZ manufacturing facility. The role focuses on visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections under supervision, with progression toward independent inspection capability.

You will interpret drawings, use calipers, micrometers, and electrical test equipment, and maintain precise records. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–6 years of mechanical inspection experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 years of mechanical inspection experience preferred.
• IPC 600, IPC 610, and J-STD certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and write English, and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections in manufacturing areas.
• Use precision measuring tools and document results with accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and training to achieve independent inspection capability.
• Interface with customer representatives when required and maintain detailed records.
