Job summary

Ralliant is hiring an In Process Inspector (Standard Shift) to perform visual, mechanical and electrical inspection in manufacturing areas with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes quality enhancement of products and processes.

The candidate should have basic mathematical skills, be computer literate, and comfortable using various applications. Certification such as IPC 600/610 and J-Standard is preferred, with 1–2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in basic mechanical measuring tools (calipers, micrometer) and interpreting drawings.
• Good written, verbal, mathematical and analytical skills.
• IPC 600, 610 and J-Standard certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs limited repetitive dimensional and electrical inspection using basic equipment with minimum supervision.
• Interpret drawings and written work instructions.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and ability to interface with customer representatives.
• Use precision measuring instruments including electrical test equipment, calipers, and micrometers.
• Schedule, plan, and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain flexibility to work with different people and areas as needed.
