Qualifications

• 1–2 years quality experience
• Minor inspection checks with precision measuring devices
• Read and apply process specifications, customer and contract requirements
• Read, interpret and understand B/P requirements
• Obtain necessary certifications to comply with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Open shipping containers and validate packing slips to products received
• Read and interpret customer and flow down requirements (SPOCs)
• Assign tracking numbers and job travelers
• Verify part counts and perform visual inspections
• Document incoming discrepancies and correct non-conformities
• Release components in line with the production schedule and delivery plan
• Perform in-process and outsourcing inspections per routing instructions
• Audit routing to ensure compliance with technical data and customer specs
• Assist production with quality issues and ensure vendors are approved
• Create purchase orders for spot operations and route components for processing
• Review incoming certifications for purchased items and services
• Record observations and suggest process improvements
• Perform final inspections to meet delivery dates
• Measure components with precision tools when needed
• Document discrepancies and corrective actions
• Ensure components meet customer specification and lab results are validated
• Package products per Chromalloy requirements
• Drive quality, repeatability, and containment of defects
• Support corrective actions and data that reflect team results
