Job summary

Revere Staffing Partners Corp. in Meriden, CT is seeking an experienced ID/OD Grinder Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. You will set up and operate ID/OD grinding machines to produce components to tight tolerances according to blueprints and specs.

The ideal candidate has prior grinding or precision machining experience, can perform machine setup, inspect finished parts, and adjust processes to maintain quality. This role is on-site with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating ID/OD grinders.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools.
• Experience with GD&T preferred.
• Capable of setup, inspection, and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ID and OD grinding machines.
• Read blueprints and manufacturing specifications.
• Install grinding wheels, fixtures, tooling, and workholding.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and grinding parameters.
• Perform in-process and final inspections.
• Record production and inspection data.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
