EnerMech is seeking a Technician, Instrumentation Tubing Fitter to join the Fluid Power Products team in Houston. You will fabricate, install, inspect, test, and maintain stainless steel hydraulic and instrumentation tubing systems (1/4" to 2" OD) and read engineering drawings and P&IDs to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include bending, coning/threading, routing tubing, pressure testing, and ensuring leak-free installations while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of hydraulic tubing installation or related industrial experience.
• Experience installing 316 stainless steel tubing from 1/4" through 2".
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Install, bend, route, and secure stainless steel tubing from 1/4" through 2" OD.
• Fabricate tubing assemblies using manual and hydraulic tube benders.
• Cone and thread MP and HP stainless steel tubing to spec.
• Install MP/HP tubing connections, glands, collars, and pressure fittings.
• Read isometrics, P&IDs, and fabrication drawings for accurate installs.
• Perform pressure testing and leak testing of hydraulic systems.
• Maintain system cleanliness and document tests and inspections.
• Travel to customer facilities and job sites as required.
