Job summary

Aerotek seeks Instrument Fitters for a long-term project in Houston, TX. You will install, fabricate, and maintain instrumentation and piping systems for advanced launch and test environments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in tube bending, reads schematics/blueprints, and works with high-pressure systems. Experience with Swagelok, Ridgid, or Parker bending equipment is preferred, with excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tube bending, hand bending, and customizing pipes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings, datasheets, manuals, and P&IDs.
• Hands-on experience with tube bending equipment and knowledge of benders such as Swagelok, Ridgid, and Parker.
• Ability to apply offset formulas and bending calculations.
• Experience with instrumentation and electrical systems in an industrial or technical environment.

• Install, fabricate, and maintain instrumentation and piping systems.
