Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a skilled installer to support the assembly team in Houston, responsible for installing, servicing and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

This role requires reading P&ID diagrams, laying out and bending tubing, and ensuring safety and customer requirements are met. You will work with tubing trays, clamps and various tools, performing precise measurements and assembling components with minimal supervision in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
• Lay out, measure and bend tubing based on drawings to fit design packages and ensure a safe, functional system.
• Understand customer requirements quickly and present solutions that meet their needs.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
• Lay out, measure and bend tubing base on the specifications of the drawing to fit the design packages insuring a safe and functional system
• Understand customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
• Measures, cuts, assembles tubing tray and support systems.
• Installing tubing and clamps into tubing tray systems.
• Measures, cuts, ream, bends, assemble and install single line and group of tubing.
• Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
• Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers.
• All above functions performed with minimal supervision.
