Job summary

Nautique Boat Company is hiring a Grinder to prepare de‑molded parts, grind edges, and create precise holes in hulls and decks. You will work with peers to move components and maintain a clean, safe shop floor while following supervisor directions.

This role requires adherence to OSHA guidelines, the use of PPE, and the ability to operate hand tools and grinding equipment in a non-climate controlled marine environment.

Qualifications

• Must grind de-molded parts (hulls, decks, small parts) and drill holes.
• Lift and move deck parts with team; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; wear respirator, goggles and hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Grind de-molded parts properly (hulls, decks, small parts).
• Inspect parts for quality and compliance to standards.
