Qualifications

• Experience in heat treating or a related manufacturing process is preferred.
• Familiarity with reading technical instructions and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare furnace loads per furnace load map.
• Assemble load thermocouples and load forgings into heat-treat furnaces.
• Operate heat treat furnaces and monitor temperature controls.
• Manage cooling operations and document process parameters.
• Perform hardness testing on forgings after heat treatment.
• Create move tickets after heat treatment processing.
• Generate and update required reports.
