API Heat Transfer is hiring an Assembler for the Franklin facility in Franklin, WI. This full-time role focuses on assembling heat exchanger components, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality through inspections and documentation.

The position requires at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork and communication. You’ll work with tools and equipment like fin machines and leak testers in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor.
